The wind howled like a restless spirit, carrying the symphony of a distant thunderstorm. Clouds churned in sharp shades of gray, illuminated by crackling streaks of electricity that grinned across the heavens.
A woman stood alone on the edge of a weathered railing, her hands folded tightly as if anchoring her to the earth. Her gaze was fixed far beyond the horizon, yet it seemed as if she wasnโt seeing the world at all.
She was adrift in her thoughts, lost in the vast ocean of her emotions. Though the storm around her raged, she felt a quiet stillness within, a paradoxical calm that she could not reconcile.
She had found her peaceโshe knew what made her heart flutter with joy. But she wasnโt happy. Why?
Raindrops cascaded down her face, blending with unspoken tears, creating a glistening sheen on her skin. The droplets caught the faint light, enhancing her ethereal beauty, as though nature itself mourned with her.
She had changed. A lot. If she could not let the world see her tears, then the rain would speak for her. Each drop was a whisper from her soul, telling the story her lips could not.
Just a few steps behind her stood a man, watching with an ache in his eyes.
His presence was steady, yet heavy, like the storm that surrounded them. Once, he had found peace in chaos, in the suffering of others. But now, he lived each day tormented by his own heart, the weight of her absence crushing him more than any sin of his past ever had.
He had never believed in God. Faith was a weakness he had scoffed at, a crutch for the desperate. But when she left, he had crumbled.
His defiance was replaced by whispered prayers, fragmented and raw, sent into the void to his god who would listen.
He didnโt seek forgiveness for himselfโhe only prayed for her. praying to his god he always found peace, he showed his weakness to his god. seeking his help to find peace.
itโs true that, whatever god you believe in, you only remember god when you are in trouble...
Taking hesitant, shallow steps, he approached her, each movement a battle between hope and fear. He stopped just behind her, his voice barely rising above the rain.
โNemesis,โhe whispered her name a plea that trembled with desperation.
He didnโt care about the rain soaking through his clothes or the chill biting into his skin. He didnโt care about reopening the wounds they had both fought so hard to bury.
All he cared about was herโseeing her face again, the face that had once completed him.She was the gem he had lost,
the treasure he had never deserved but could never stop longing for.
She felt him before she saw him. Turning slowly, she met his gaze, her breath catching as her eyes locked onto the man she had whispered to in her prayers every night.
They both had changed so much.Thewoman who once loved crop tops and vibrant colors now found solace in modest, subdued attire. The man who once clad himself in dark, shadowy hues, mirroring his tormented soul, now wore softer, lighter shades, a fragile attempt at finding peace.
And yet, some things remained the same. Their faith. Their beauty. The aura they created when they stood togetherโa kingdom built not on power but on an unbreakable bond.
He had been her king; she had been his queen.Together, they had ruled a realm that no one could conquer.
Now, the dark green of his eyes met the warm brown of hers, and the years fell away. Their longing spilled into the air between them, unspoken yet palpable. Words were unnecessary. but some words had to be spoken.
โYou are not the ABHI I know?โshe questioned.
"Itโs ABHISHEK MRS.......โhe didnโt finish his sentence and she was yearning to hear her name from his mouth.
โwhy...w.why are you doing this?โshe broke down. tears pickling down her face as the rain cries with her.
โSays the woman who left me like I was a pathetic piece of shit that meant nothing to her,โhe shot back, his eyes burning with anger.
he was being cold but only he knew how desperate he was for her. He didnโt tell, but his heart ached to see her cry. He wanted to touch her, embrace her, but he knew he wasnโt the Abhishek she once knew. Now, he was an Abhishek made by her, the villain the world created in front of their eyes again after she left. Yes, he was a bad person, but when she was there, he was different. But when she left, nobody in this society was at mercy. Now this isnโt a heroโs story, the art of love and how a hero loses his love for society, itโs a villainโs story who was a villain created not born, for her she can and will always destroy the world.
"WHY CANโT YOU UNDERSTAND ME, I NEVER MEANT TO HURT YOU, O. OUR LIVES ITS PLANNED BY DESTINY YOU CANโT FIGHT DESTINY ABHISHEK,โshe said as she fell on her knees crying helplessly.
Abhishek helplessly kneeled in front of her"Maybe we werenโt in each otherโs fate but YOU made me the villain that will never let the rage fall. NOW YOU WATCH AS I BURN THIS WHOLE FUCKING WORLD DOWN, JUST TO....โ
he stopped mid tracks the brown doe eyes were manipulative enough to stop him. again they were bound into an unbreakable eye contact language only they spoke.
Their connection was timeless, a secret language understood only by their hearts. They had been separated by the world, by circumstance, by pain.
Yet their souls remained entwined, bound by threads no distance could sever.
They had always prayed for each other, always, not for reunion, but for the otherโs happiness and safety.
Little did they realize that their happiness had always been with each other, waiting to be rediscovered.
The theory of hidden hearts had kept them apart, burying their desires under layers of fear and doubt. But now, as they stood face to face, it was time to finish their story.
Their eyes held the timeline of their love, a silent reel of joy, sorrow, and unfinished promises.
Staring into each otherโs depths, they saw it allโtheir past, their pain, their potential future. The storm raged on, but they were no longer afraid.
Their story was incomplete. But here, under the electric sky and the relentless rain, they realized they had the power to write the ending. Together.
timeline reversed to 4 years back..........
